Vintage Indian Sari Fabric Quilt: Extra Large Handmade Textile Wall Hanging

This handmade Large Indian Vintage textile would make a great bed runner, table cover, sofa throw, or wall hanging.
This one-of-a-kind handmade piece of textile art was made in India circa 1960s-1970s and is made from sari border fabrics sewn together on a base of black cotton. Still in very good condition but there is an area where the fabric has worn away (see photos).

Items may be visibly faded, distressed, typical of age, and consistent with most of the textiles in stock, which distinguishes them from the newer, mass-produced textiles made for the tourism and import markets. Most items show some discoloration, wear, missing patches of embroidery or mirrors, and faint stains in some cases.
