A vintage hand-beaded small toran wall hanging from Gujarat, India.
This exquisite wall hanging is intricately handcrafted with thousands of tiny glass beads in a traditional design. This piece was crafted circa 1970s-1980s. Hand-beaded on red cotton fabric with a yellow trim.

Items may be visibly faded, distressed, typical of age, and consistent with most of the Indian wall hangings in stock, which distinguishes them from the newer, mass-produced textiles made for the tourism and import markets. Most items show some discoloration, wear, missing patches of embroidery or mirrors, and faint stains in some cases.
